Paradise City

The second development project embarked upon by Swami India International and Global Properties is in Farato, called Paradise City. This project, an $11 million housing project started in 2008. It is the first land mortgage scheme in The Gambian and comprises of 170 plots offered to customers as a site and service scheme. The scheme gives customers the opportunity to pay for land over a four-year period starting 2008. With barely 12 months to the end of the scheme, the second phase which involves the selling of built Houses has been rolled out. These houses give real value for money due to their affordability and the quality.
